S&P/Case-Shiller Home Prices: 9 AM Tuesday October 25
With recent mixed reports on housing starts, existing home sales and continuing concerns about confidence, attention will shift to home prices in a search for some sign of direction. The chart shows that the 10-City index which has been roughly flat since early 2009. In the 1990s there was a similar flat period that lasted for most of the decade.
