S&P/Case-Shiller Report due Tuesday March 25th

Recent data on housing starts and permits, home sales and builders’ sentiment all suggest a slowdown in the housing recovery. Could this be the moment when prices turn down after 18 months of strong gains led by the Sun Belt and California?  Or will the price rebound continue and pull up prices in the northeast and upper mid-west? The S&P/Case-Shiller indices will be reported at 9 AM on Tuesday, March 25th.
