Biography

Lisa Sarajian is a Managing Director in Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services Real Estate Finance Group. She oversees a team of eight analysts, which as a group assess the credit quality of roughly 90 U.S. operating real estate companies, including REITs, developers, homebuilders and private trusts, which have roughly $135 billion in rated securities outstanding.

Lisa has been with S&P since October of 1987. Previously she held positions as research analyst and due diligence officer for Atlanta-based Financial Service Corp. and was a corporate lending associate with Citizens & Southern National Bank (now Bank of America).

Lisa received her BBA in International Business and a certificate in French Studies from the University of Georgia in 1982 and is presently a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, The Association of Real Estate Women, The Fixed Income Analysts Society and The Regional Plan Association.
