Biography
Narelle joined Standard & Poor’s in 2003 and is the Surveillance Manager for Structured Finance in Asia Pacific (ex Japan) as well as Analytical Manager for CMBS in the region. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s Narelle spent several years working as a registered real estate valuer. Narelle has worked across Australia and south-east Asia and has worked in Standard & Poor’s European Structured Finance Team and in Corporate & Government Rating team covering the Real Estate Sector.
Narelle holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Business (Property Economics) degrees from the University of Western Sydney. Narelle is a Registered Valuer in New South Wales, and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.
