Peter Eastham is Managing Director and Lead Analytical Manager for Structured Finance Ratings in Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan). He is responsible for providing leadership and co-ordination of Structured Finance analytics throughout Asia-Pacific (ex-Japan) network, including our offices in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing, our partnerships with CRISIL Ltd. and Taiwan Ratings Corp., and our affiliate relationships.
Mr. Eastham joined Standard & Poor’s in early 2000 and has worked across the full suite of Structured Finance products, with an emphasis on commercial real-estate securitizations and asset-backed securitization transactions in Asia (ex-Japan) and Australia.Before joining Standard & Poor’s, Mr. Eastham held several positions in Treasury roles in Government. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of South Australia and a graduate diploma in applied finance and investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).
